Returns & Refunds policy

You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason.

The deadline for canceling an order is 30 days from the date you received the goods or, if you selected a third-party recipient (who is not the carrier), when that third party receives the product.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision through a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the date we receive the returned goods. We will use the same method of payment as you used for your order, and you will not incur any fees for this reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

For goods to be eligible for return, please ensure that:

• The goods were purchased within the last 30 days.

• The goods are in their original, unused condition and packaging.

• The following items cannot be returned:

  • Goods made to your specifications or personalized.

  • Goods that deteriorate quickly or have expired.

  • Goods that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery.

  • Goods that have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions at our discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods to us. Please send your returns to:

We are not responsible for goods damaged or lost in the return shipment. We recommend using a trackable and insured mail service. We cannot issue a refund without proof of receipt of the returned goods.

Gifts

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the goods were not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
